The Huffines auto dealership story began in 1924 when J.L. Huffines Sr. opened the first Huffines location in Denton Texas. The business was founded on a strong code of ethics and two guiding principles; “treat your customers the way they would want to be treated and support your community and it will support you”. 84 years later these are still the guiding values of the Huffine family and their auto dealerships. Today Huffines auto dealerships represents one of the oldest family-owned and operated dealership groups in America and its leadership continues under the stewardship of 3 generations of the Huffines family; J.L. Huffines Sr, J.L. Huffines Jr. and S. Ray Huffines.
The family owns 8 Huffines locations in Plano, Lewisville, Denton and Mckinney. The dealerships have won numerous awards and accolades having been recognized by the automotive industry, and the business and civic communities.
The Huffines auto dealerships retain their small town friendliness and commitment to doing things right.
While well grounded in the values and lessons of the past they are focusing on the future…a future that involves growth, community service and continued customer satisfaction.
